Welcome to the Sublime Team Roster. Please follow these brief instructions.

• At the top of the roster, you will see First Name, Last Name, Sleeve, Collar and Size Options.
   
• Use these options to fill in your roster. Once you have the options selected that you desire, click "Add to Roster", and the team member will appear in the list.
   
• If you make a mistake on an entry, select the check box next to the entry and then select the Remove Team Member button to delete it.
   
• If you need further help with the roster and how it works, please contact your sales rep and we will be glad to assist you.
   
• DO NOT LEAVE OR REFRESH THIS PAGE until you have downloaded your roster. The information entered will not be retained.
